Over 99% of all of our products are sent with tracking the only exceptions are small items.
We always send an email when your goods are dispatched, clearly stating the tracking number (Or in the rare instance there is no tracking number, you will be notified of the date posted), and the company it has been sent by. Either Australia Post or Courier.
Free Post Over $150 and Free Post Products
Free Post applies to Australian Deliveries Only.
Free Post Over $150 applies to Product Costs before Shipping and includes GST.
Sewing Extension Tables and Bulk Wadding are not included in the Free Post Over $150. This is because shipping costs vary vastly on bulk products depending on delivery address. (Regional and Metropolitan) and the fairest way to charge the postage is by the delivery address.
Many of our products have Free Shipping which is clearly marked.
If we are out of stock of any item, you will be notified immediately with an estimated delivery time.
We deliver to all part of Australia and to all addresses including PO boxes, it does not matter how remote or how close your address is, we will get it to you!

- 1kg to Under 3kg = $18.25

International Postage
Our products vary enormously in size and weight. We carefully package and weigh each parcel to ensure it is packed effectively to minimise your postage costs. Postage costs shown at the checkout are for Express Post International Mail up to 500grams. If the parcel weighs more we will contact you regarding additional shipping costs.
We can send up to 15 fat quarters or 4 1/4 yards of fabric within the 500 gram limit
Orders shipped to International Addresses are not subject to the 10% Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). We will adjust your invoice accordingly.
Your packages may be subject to the customs fees and import duties of the country where your order has been shipped. Any customs or duty charges are always the responsibility of the recipient.
All invoices are charged in Australian Dollars AU$. Online currency converters such as www.xe.com are helpful in approximating current exchange rate conversions
