So helpful! I have arthritis and synovitis in my hands and wrists. I do a lot of cross stitch to help keep my joints mobile. Threading needles is quite painful and those cheap little wire needle threaders kept breaking. In tears I did a Google search and found this one. It is perfect size for my favourite embroidery needle which I use on 14 count aida and doesn't hurt at all to use!
